Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of banking staff, including tellers, personal bankers, and customer service representatives.
Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and handle complex customer inquiries and issues.
Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of banking staff, including tellers, personal bankers, and customer service representatives.
Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and grow the customer base.
Operations Management: Oversee daily branch operations, including cash management, security, and compliance with banking regulations.
Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage the branch budget, financial performance, and profitability.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with branch operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Skill & Experience
You have at least 3 years’ experience working as a Product Designer.
You have experience using Sketch and InVision or Framer X
You have some previous experience working in an agile environment – Think two-week sprints.
You are familiar using Jira and Confluence in your workflow
